heavy reading

Mondays are childcare days for me.

Lily-Anna and I often end up walking to the Central library in the middle of Oxford - she enjoys being in the children's section, looking at the books etc.

So we picked up some interesting books this morning. Couldn't help but chuckle when I saw them side by side on the sofa!

Which one should I tackle first?!!

MATT (sorry we didn't catch up with each other at Greenbelt - next year perhaps?): I've been spending a lot of time during the summer holidays "looking after" one of our grandchildren, Iris (just 2 last week) - just brilliant fun! I'd go for "Dig the Dog" any day...
As Lily-Anna is clearly a dog-book lover, can I recommend a book illustrated by one of our daughters, Hannah, called "Dog Day" - just published in the USA and obtainable from Amazon!! I'll send you a "group link" on facebook under the title "sorry this is so self obsessed...and its really not even very good"!

Matt,

'Love the pic of Dig and Integral Spirituality. Read Dig first, though IS is one of my favorite reads lately. Changed me and my view of the work I do, forever.

'Hope we connect one of these days -- I love your 'blog.
